Nestled in the idyllic Holstein landscape, at the Haselauer Landhaus, we combine traditional recipes with modern touches. Fresh, regional ingredients—from freshly caught fish from the North and Baltic Seas to tender meat from local farms and aromatic vegetables from the fertile marshland—form the foundation of our cuisine.
